1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Love Test: relationship test ("the App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue using and uninstall the App immediately.

These Terms apply to all versions of the application (Bundle Identifier: com.davcole.Love-Test) across iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, and related platforms published by Tue Hoang / Affinity Tech.

2. Description of Service

Love Test is a relationship lifestyle and entertainment application designed to celebrate relationships, track milestones, and foster personal connection. Core capabilities include:

• Algorithmic name and birthday compatibility calculations;
• Relationship day duration counters and anniversary countdowns;
• Local milestone memory tracking with photo and Live Photo attachments;
• Curated couple conversation prompts and interactive compatibility quizzes;
• Random date idea suggestions;
• Home Screen, Lock Screen, and Apple Watch widgets.

3. Entertainment & Relationship Disclaimer (Important)

The calculations and insights provided by the App do NOT constitute professional relationship advice, marriage counseling, psychological assessments, scientific matchmaking, or guarantees regarding real-life relationship outcomes.

Real-world human relationships thrive on genuine communication, empathy, mutual trust, and shared commitment. Algorithmic scores should never be used as the basis for making serious life, dating, marital, or emotional decisions. Tue Hoang and Affinity Tech assume no liability for personal relationship decisions, misunderstandings, or emotional distress resulting from results generated by the App.

4. User Content & Local Storage

You retain full ownership of all names, dates, milestones, personal notes, and photographs you import or create within Love Test. Because the application uses a strict 100% on-device architecture:

• You are solely responsible for the images and content you choose to import;
• The App does not maintain remote cloud backups of your milestones or photos. You are responsible for preserving your data via standard device backups (such as Apple iCloud backup or encrypted iTunes/Finder backups);
• You are responsible for securing physical access to your device using device passcodes and enabling the App's optional Face ID / Touch ID lock feature.

5. Intellectual Property

All software code, visual designs, illustrations, icons, animations, compatibility formulas, algorithms, logos, and promotional assets associated with Love Test are the exclusive property of Tue Hoang / Affinity Tech and are protected by international intellectual property and copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, extract source code, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works based upon the App.

6. Advertisements & Third Parties

The free version of Love Test displays third-party banner advertisements powered by Google AdMob. Any interactions or transactions with advertisers are solely between you and the respective third party. We do not endorse or assume liability for third-party goods, services, or privacy practices.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Love Test is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Tue Hoang and Affinity Tech disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

In no event shall Tue Hoang or Affinity Tech be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App or any content contained therein.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal claim or dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated "Effective date". Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
