1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Debt Payoff Planner & Snowball ("the App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease using and uninstall the App immediately.

2. Description of Service

Debt Payoff Planner & Snowball is an offline-capable personal financial utility designed to assist users in organizing liabilities, simulating repayment strategies (including Debt Snowball, Debt Avalanche, and Custom Priority orders), calculating amortization projections, and monitoring payoff milestones.

The App is provided solely for personal, educational, and informational organizational purposes.

3. Financial & Legal Disclaimer (Important)

Real-world financial terms and loan contracts are subject to intricate lender rules, including but not limited to:

• Daily, monthly, or continuous compounding frequencies;
• Variable interest rates and promotional APR expiration schedules;
• Grace periods, minimum payment floors, and trailing interest charges;
• Transaction fees, late fees, annual fees, and prepayment penalties.

Projections provided by the App are simulations and may differ from your lender's official billing statements. You should always review your official creditor documentation and consult a qualified, certified financial advisor before making significant debt restructuring, borrowing, or repayment decisions.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all data entered into the App, including account balances, interest rates, payment due dates, and extra payment allocations. You are also responsible for safeguarding access to your device through device passcodes and biometric security features.

5. Intellectual Property

All software code, user interface designs, mathematical solver algorithms, graphical assets, logos, and promotional materials associated with Debt Payoff Planner & Snowball are the exclusive property of Tue Hoang / Affinity Tech and are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the App or its components without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tue Hoang and Affinity Tech shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to financial losses, interest discrepancies, missed payment penalties, credit score fluctuations, or data loss arising from or connected to the use of or inability to use the App.

7. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Any optional premium features or subscriptions offered within the App are processed and billed through the Apple App Store. All billing inquiries, cancellations, and refund requests are governed by Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. We do not process or retain your credit card or billing payment information directly.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
