1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Easy Currency Converter mobile application ("the App"), published on Google Play under the package name com.aeris.currencyconverter and on the Apple App Store by Anh Nguyen Thi Ngoc.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Easy Currency Converter provides currency conversion tools, including live and historic exchange rates, a personal currency list, multi-currency conversion, and offline access to previously synced rates. Exchange rate data is sourced from third-party financial data providers and is provided for general informational purposes.

3. No Financial or Investment Advice

The App is intended for general reference and convenience only. Exchange rates displayed in the App, including live and historic rates, may be delayed, cached, or otherwise not reflect real-time market conditions, and should not be relied upon for actual financial transactions, currency exchange, trading, investment decisions, or any purpose requiring precise or guaranteed accuracy.

We are not a financial institution, currency exchange service, or investment advisor. Always confirm rates with your bank, currency exchange provider, or financial institution before making a transaction based on information shown in the App.

4. Accuracy of Data

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date exchange rate data, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any rates, charts, or other information displayed in the App. Rate data is supplied by third-party providers and may contain errors, delays, or interruptions outside of our control.

Offline mode displays the most recently synced data available on your device, which may not reflect current market rates.

5. In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional in-app purchases (for example, to remove ads or unlock additional features). Purchases are processed and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and are subject to the respective platform's payment terms and refund policies. In-app purchases are managed and validated using RevenueCat, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Advertising

The App may display advertising served through Google AdMob. Ads are provided by third-party advertising networks, and we are not responsible for the content of any advertisement or for any products or services advertised within the App.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by applicable law.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or any third-party services it relies on.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or extract data from the App.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, logos, and underlying code, is owned by the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal device for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or financial loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including reliance on any exchange rate or currency data displayed within it.

11. Changes to the App and Terms

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective date," and continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where superseded by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
